We’d like to introduce you to Kara and Jason! This couple came to see us when they needed some assistance in their wedding planning and coordination! We were of course happy to help!

Thank you to Sweet Impressions for the incredible wedding cakes and the ADORABLE cookie favours that matched Kara and Jason’s reception stationery! As well, thank you to Aime’s Music and HiWay Florists for all the beautiful flowers!

Kara and Jason chose to have their wedding ceremony at Westminster United Church and their reception at the fabulous Inn at the Forks! For their colour palette, all we can say is WOW! So many great colours here! Orange, yellow, green, red, brown, and gold! Armed with such a fabulous and diverse palette, Madeline’s went to town creating the perfect reception design for our happy couple! We dressed their guest tables in a wonderfully dark brown pintuck linen and complimented it with gold chair covers and matching gold napkins. For a splash of colour, we used orange table runners on each table. The guest table design and colour worked perfectly with the elegant style of the Inn at the Forks ballroom!

For Kara and Jason’s head table, we dressed the entire table in a rich gold linen and placed brown pintuck linens swooped over the front of the head table. We also used our orange table runners, gold chair covers and gold napkins to match the rest of the room. We finished off the head table design with Madeline’s Head Table Décor which featured plenty of fresh rose petals, glassware, candles and our Signature Spotlighting. The lighting in the ballroom itself was the perfect touch for this incredible reception space!

Initially when I had approached my husband about hiring a coordinator for our wedding he was a fair bit reluctant to spend the money on it. Neither of us were certain what the role of the coordinator would be for the entire day.  When we first met with Madeline’s Weddings, I was impressed by their enthusiasm about our wedding and the fact that they more than welcomed being called upon to help. Jason was still not sold. But the both of knew that it was important for our families not to be left in charge of a large number of things for the wedding day, so we hoped this would free them up so they could enjoy themselves too.

In the months leading up to the wedding, Madeline’s Weddings was instrumental in keeping us on track and making sure that the vendors fulfilled their roles in making our special day perfect. They were always available and ever so prompt to get back to me on so many issues. We soon came to understand that Madeline’s was the voice for the two of us in the sea of people who thought they knew best. Without our wedding coordinators  speaking up at our rehearsal and asking what WE wanted instead of what everyone thought we wanted, Jason would have missed his grandmothers and mother walking down the aisle, this was SO very important to him. We are so thankful for all of their help!

We were also very impressed with the linens for the wedding that Madeline’s supplied, the ballroom looked ever so luxurious. And so many people came up to us to let us know how fantastic everything looked. There were alot of details to pull together, all of which were special to us, we truly appreciated the fine attention to detail from our coordinators. Also, it was such a relief to have someone looking after the small details including time, the guest book, and making sure all the corsages got pinned on the right people! One of the comments from a guest that struck me the most, was that this was the most organized and smooth running wedding they had been too, and this was one of our hopes! Everyone was relaxed, from the two of us, to our parents and all the guests.

I cannot say thank you enough for being a voice to the bride and groom and for making our wedding day everything we imagined it would be. I would certainly recommend your services to anyone getting married!

Meet Jenny & Blaine! The MWs Team traveled to Gladstone, MB for this fabulous celebration! We met Jenny and Blaine about 8 months prior to their wedding when they were looking for the perfect décor and coordination for their wedding day!

We came up with a fabulous décor scheme for the day that included our gorgeous white pinched linens and periwinkle table runners. We add special touches throughout the reception tent and draped the ceiling with our fabulous chiffon fabric.

We are so excited to share Tammy and Anthony’s GORGEOUS New Year’s Eve wedding with you!! We met our happy couple about 6 months before their big day when they were looking for the perfect decor! Tammy and Anthony came to Madeline’s for all their wedding day décor! We provided complete décor design and specialty linen rental, lighting and ceremony décor for their amazing wedding! Huge thank you to Tinholt Photography for capturing all of the details beautifully! And to The Floral Fixx & Cake-ology for once again outdoing yourselves on the amazing flowers and fabulous cake!

There wedding ceremony was the perfect start to this fabulous event! Chair covers lined either side of the aisle which featured glassware, candles and fresh rose petals. Our happy couple met at the end of a long white aisle runner while their adorable daughter, who served as Maid of Honour, stood happily by.

Tammy and Anthony held both their wedding ceremony and reception at the fabulous Greenwood Inn & Suites! All of the guest tables and the head table were dressed in our gorgeous white pinched linens with silver satin table runners, napkins and matching silver chair covers. The head table featured Madeline’s Head Table Décor including gorgeous glassware, candles, spotlighting and fresh rose petals. Their guestbook table featured our white pinched linen with a silver satin table runner and matching silver chair covers. More candles and two very tall floral arrangements from The Floral Fixx finished this table beautifully! Their cake table was equally amazing with their fabulous wedding cake! Here we used a white pinched linen, silver satin table runner and more candles. We also had cocktail tables covered with matching linens – the perfect spot for your guests to mingle!
