Here’s a fun purple infused signature drink!

Signature Drink ~ True Love!

Ingredients:

1.5 ounces Harmonie
.75 ounces Gin
.5 ounces Simple Syrup
.5 ounces fresh squeezed lemon

Directions:

Shake all ingredients vigorously (at least 18 to 20 shakes) and pour into champagne flute or rocks glass, top with champagne and orchid flower garnish.

Another fun Signature Drink – this one with a twist!

Signature Drink ~ Fantasy Island Mimosa

Ingredients:
1 lemon wedge
1 package Pop Rocks candy
3/4 ounce pineapple juice
3/4 ounce guava juice
2 ounces champagne
1/2 ounce grenadine

Directions:
Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with a lemon wedge. Pour about two tablespoons of Pop Rocks (That’s right! Pop Rocks!) onto a small, dry plate, Dip the rim of the glass into the candy so that the pieces stick to it. Pour juices and champagne into the flute. Slowly add the grenadine, allowing it to sink to the bottom.

Signature Drink ~ Blue Ocean

Ingredients:
1 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. blue curacao
1/3 oz. grapefruit juice
1-2 splashes simple syrup

Directions:
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice; shake, then strain and serve either straight up in a martini glass or over ice. Garnish with an orange slice and a tropical flower.

Ingredients: 2 oz. orange juice4 oz. champagne3/4 oz. grenadine

Directions: Pour orange juice, then champagne into a chilled champagne glass.Gently drizzle grenadine into glass.

Signature Drink ~ The Apple Mojito!

Ingredients:
2 oz Bacardi® Big Apple rum
6 oz club soda
3 lime wedges
2 tsp sugar
3 fresh mint sprigs

Directions:
Add the lime, sugar and mint sprigs to a highball glass and muddle with a muddler. Add several ice cubes and pour in the Bacardi apple rum. Top with club soda (adjust to taste), and stir. Garnish with an apple slice and a lime wedge, and serve.

Ice
