The head table was so perfect with the candles and all the flowers. The candy buffet that you put together was enjoyed by all of our guests! Our reception was so beautiful! I walked in the room and was completely blown away by all of the decor. Guests complimented the table runners and the backdrop and all of the decor. It was absolutely spectacular! The chair covers and the textured table runners helped give the room a look of elegance and sophistication. The room appeared fresh and modern. I especially felt that the decor complimented the flower arrangements (centerpieces) nicely.

Every time we met with Alison and Dale they were professional, organized and fun to be around! We can't thank them enough for every little detail they took care of. We also want to thank you for helping us find a cake at the last minute. When I found out a week before the wedding that my family friend wasn't going to be able to make our cake, I thought there was no way that I was going to be able to find someone to make a cake for us at the last minute. You came through and found us a wonderful baker and the cake looked and tasted amazing!
Due to the unique logistics of our wedding, my husband and I were worried about getting things done and not having to rely on guests to set up our ceremony and have them miss out on the other parts of our wedding. Dale and Alison took care of all our concerns and our guests were able to enjoy everything and not have to worry about working. On the night of the wedding, my husband commented multiple times about how much more relaxed he was because Dale and Alison were taking care of everything. We also really appreciated that they checked in with us throughout the night to see if there was anything else that needed to be done.
The decor was beautiful and we got many compliments on how great the room looked. Had you not taken care of the decor, we would have spent the night before the wedding decorating the room ourselves. Instead we were able to pick up some last minute things and take the rest of the night to enjoy each other before the big day.

I remember meeting with Alison at our famous starbucks meeting place way back 2 years before our wedding. We were meeting to look at linens and chair covers and as the groom I have to say I was extremely hesitant. To be honest I was more looking forward to the coffee then to look at books of linens...lol. Though after talking to her and listening to the "all inclusive couple" details and seeing how personable she was and that warm reassuring smile. We were hooked! The idea of having a worry free wedding hadn't even crossed our minds until then. What took place over the next while was like a fairytale and we found we made a very strong bond. Her constant help with everything from the biggest details as the venue location. To the littlest details of what we did last weekend. She always made us feel important and looked after and no question was ever silly. For that Alison you are a beautiful individual and brilliant at what you do and will always have a special place in our hearts. Of course as tradition goes it is the bride's day and let me tell you my wife was made sure to feel like a princess the whole process through from the Madeline's wedding's team, and for that i thank you. At the same time I was reminded how important the groom was and will never forget the bonds that were made. Alison pointed us in the right direction from the florists to the four string quartet to the colors, the layout, stationary and so on. We wanted to achieve elegance without it being over done.... and let me tell you it was exact. We have had positive comments from the wedding guests all the way to viewing of random people over the world that have seen our pictures online. To have such a perfect wedding and for it to be so stress free was amazing for us. If you are reading this and are still trying to decide wether or not to use Madeline's Weddings let me sum it up. There are nice weddings...even great weddings.... but there is only one way to have a memorable perfect fairytale wedding which Madeline's Wedding's achieves.... thank you Alison for making that dream come true for us...again we will never forget you.

I have been meaning to send a quick email (there’s a note and pics still to come!) to let you know how thrilled we were with our event! Walking into that room after our ceremony, with all our friends and family seated at those gorgeous tables… I can’t even tell you how perfect it was! The beautiful tables (LOVED the green pintuck!), the amazing lighting, the PERFECT cake table… everything. It was all PERFECT - really even better than I could have imagined it!! The lighting really made it so special, which is something that I never would have thought of. And, especially the little details – the green on the cocktail tables, the beautiful guest book table (first glimpse of what was to come inside the ballroom!!), everything. We LOVED it. My husband Phil really didn’t have an opinion about table linen and décor during planning, but when we saw the room for the first time all decorated, he was just as excited as I was!! (Okay, almost!!) That’s what an impact it made!
I can’t thank you guys enough for all your awesome suggestions, the awesome deals, and mostly for taking one of the most stressful parts of my wedding planning and making it more amazing than I could have ever hoped or imagined.
Our photographers (Kampphotography) have a few photos of our day posted on their blog, but if you guys took any, we’d love to sneak a peek! We’ll hook you up with any others that we get from friends and/or family. The day itself was really the best day ever… including snow in the morning (!!!), warming up in the afternoon just in time for photos, a really sweet and special church ceremony, and then the most beautiful and fun party we’ve ever been to! We headed to New York City for 5 days after the wedding for a quick honeymoon. We had a very busy but super fun visit – sightseeing, awesome dinners, saw a Broadway show (The Lion King, AMAZING!). We were able to do a wee bit of shopping, and had awesome weather walking through Central Park! Really the best week of our lives.
Thanks again Madeline'. It truly was the most perfect day we could have hoped for!

My ceremony was set up exactly as I had planned, my reception room was beautiful and I did not have to worry about a thing. I just showed up, got married and had a blast! On the day of the wedding, when I saw the decor all set up, I was absolutely taken away by how beautiful the room looked. The white satin chair covers added so much elegance to the room. It was definitely a must have. The guest tables, head table and dessert table were set so wonderfully as well. It was nice to not have to worry about all those details.
We received so many compliments on the venue and the decor. The decor added the extra "wow" factor and just made the room light up even more. It made the room look very elegant and sophisticated. It was perfect!

When I was a little girl growing up I always invisoned my wedding to be beautiful, elegant, romantic, well perfect!! When I had Madeline's Weddings look after my wedding plans, it was just that! When I arrived at the hall for my ceremony it was beautifully decorated, organized which allowed me to be at ease when it isn't easy on the big day! When Angelo and I first got engaged, I knew that we would need help to pull off the wedding of our dreams, so we turned to Madeline’s Weddings. And it’s a good thing we did!!
I knew I had met a kindred spirit in Alison, when she announced that one of her favourite colours was also orange, and that she thought it was a fantastic idea to incorporate orange into our wedding décor.
Not only was Alison competent, she went above and beyond what was asked of her, and that’s why we were able to pull off our dream wedding. Whether it was meeting over coffee or pancakes, Alison was always there to give guidance and reassurance.
There will be moments when as a bride, you become crazy and overwhelmed, and when this happens, you need to surround yourself with people who are understanding and people who can bring you back down to earth and remind you of what is really important. Alison had many hats to wear with me that included: wedding planner, counselor, referee, banker, and friend, and she did it all with ease! The wedding turned out even more perfectly than I ever possibly could have imagined. I knew that you guys would do a great job with the decor, but when I walked into the ballroom for the first time I was absolutely blown away by all of the details. The word that immediately popped into my head when I saw it was "dreamy", and all of the guests have been using the word "fairytale". I loved the colours, I loved the textures, I loved the candles, I loved the lemons. It was just so beautiful. A neat touch were the high tables with the green table cloths on them. I wasn't expecting those and it successfully made the back half of the room seem decorated as well.

Ben and I were so happy with the linens and all of the decorations at our wedding reception. The table settings and the head table decor were wonderful. We got a lot of compliments about it. We also had many compliments on how hard our wedding day coordinators worked the entire day and throughout the night. Our wedding guests said that the whole day and evening was very organized. It was great to have our wedding coordinators there to take care of everything for us. One of the wedding coordinators even jumped in to stop a burning candle set on fire.
We are glad to have had Madeline's Weddings help us on our wedding day!
