This is the perfect package for the couple who is simply too busy with work or school to be overwhelmed by the task of planning their entire wedding. This package is also extremely valuable to couples who don’t know where to begin in their planning or would simply prefer to have a professional on hand throughout the process
This package includes:
- Unlimited access to Madeline’s Weddings via phone and email leading up to your wedding
- Collaboration with you on all wedding desires, needs, family dynamics and concerns
- Assistance in developing a colour scheme and theme for the wedding in general by offering unique ways to incorporate details that will reflect your style and personality
- A customized wedding planning calendar
- Ongoing advice on budget, etiquette and wedding day activities
- Access to various discounts on our stock of wedding décor items, as well as discounts through our preferred suppliers and vendors for all your additional wedding day needs.
- Assistance in locating ceremony and reception sites. This includes researching specific sites and venues as well as scheduling appointments for vendors on your behalf.
- Assistance with researching and securing all necessary vendors for your special day. This includes, but is not limited to, photographer, videographer, florist, baker, music services and transportation.
- Assistance with scheduling vendor appointments on your behalf
- Attendance at selected meetings with wedding professional
- Several choices of top of the line stationery at a discounted price and assist with invitation design, layout and wording.
- Vendor contract review

- Sending out vendor confirmation prior to your wedding
- Assistance in finding accommodations for out of town guests
- Madeline’s RSVP Service for up to 300 invitations. This service has your guests RSVP to us; We track those who have responded, what their meal choice is and we also contact those guests who were invited but have not responded.

Madeline’s Wedding Day Coordination
Your Wedding Day Coordinator will direct and coordinate your plans on the day of your wedding.
Your Certified Wedding Coordinator will:
- Meet with you before your wedding to go over a timeline, confirm vendors, your numbers and scheduled time of arrival. Your Certified Wedding Coordinator will also confirm order of dances and songs, discuss any specifications for seating at ceremony such as priority seating or family dynamic and determine which family member will be designated to handle presentation and gifts
- Attend rehearsal, providing input and suggestions on etiquette and traditions for the ceremony.
- Direct ceremony rehearsal, if necessary
- Pick up any items needed for reception and transport to reception venue on your wedding day. This includes, but is not limited to, favors, place cards, guest book, cake and knife server set etc.
- Hand out a pre-arranged schedule for the wedding day events and times to your vendors such as the videographers, DJ, caterer, etc.
- Attend ceremony
- Be available to direct or assist ushers with seating at ceremony
- Ensure items such as programs, bubbles, etc. are distributed to guests at ceremony
- Inform guests of any specifications regarding ceremony as they arrive (for example: bubbles are to be blown outdoors only or a butterfly release is scheduled – have cameras ready!)
- Ensure bridal party is in designated places and order. Cue the music at the ceremony, if necessary
- Transport flowers and decorations from ceremony to reception
- Work with banquet staff to ensure place cards, favours etc. are set up to couple’s specifications
- At your reception we oversee the guest signing table- ensuring guests sign the guest book and assist in directing guests to their seats
- We can determine what your venue’s policies are on handling presenting and inform the designated family member. So they can ensure it is placed in the safest spot.
- Confirm that DJ has a list of songs and knows the order of play
- Confirm all vendors have arrived at their scheduled time
- Act as a mediator between couple and banquet manager, informing either of any unforeseen circumstances, schedule adjustments etc.
- Oversee scheduled events at reception (dinner, speeches etc.) and ensure they comply with couples expectations
- Identify any potential issues at reception and bring to the attention of the banquet manager
- Inform the banquet manager of any concerns that the couple may have during the reception
- We work with the banquet manager to ensure your reception is everything it should be. Our attention to the details allows the banquet manager to put their focus on their staff to ensure that your dinner reception is absolutely perfect
- Ensure that designated people are aware of their responsibility to take presentation, guest book, toasting glasses, etc. after reception
- Deliver final payment for all your vendors (if needed) Madeline’s Weddings includes an Assistant Coordinator to work along with the Wedding Day Coordinator because a wedding planning team is what it takes to ensure the job is done right. We will also bring along an Emergency Kit which has an extensive list of items to offer the bridal party in case of any unforeseen mishaps (extra panty hose, hairspray, safety pins, static guard, tissues, gum etc.). Your wedding day is a special day for you and your loved ones. Why try to give extra tasks to your family and friends when you can let them enjoy the day with you?

Madeline’s Weddings offer assistance with vendor referrals, contract review, advice on budget, etiquette, family issues and more These appointments are booked as needed. Our hourly consultations allow you the flexibility to use only the time required.
