A little bit about us
We are a group of passionate and creative wedding planners. We truly care about our couples and their weddings more than anything. You’ll find us happily waking up at 6am on any given Saturday to make sure our weddings go off without a hitch! We frequently have coffee in hand and can be heard plotting to spoil our sweetest brides. We LOVE what we do in every way and take so much pride in the weddings we have a hand in. We love couples in love and we have a soft spot for the over appreciative couples!

Some information about our services…
Full Service Planning & Coordination – With this package we assist the couple with everything from A-Z, we do all the research contacting vendors, set up appointments, review contracts, keep couples on track with their planning, etc. With this package the couple can sit back and relax while having the final say in all the decision making. We also include our Wedding Day Coordination package with this service.

Month of Coordination – Perfect for the couple who wants to do most of the planning themselves. Our team steps in a month before the wedding to make sure that everything that should be done is complete. We take care of any last minute vendors who are not secured, review what is done and go over what needs to be done. This also includes our Wedding Day Coordination package.

Wedding Day Coordination – This package is for the couple who wants to hand the reigns over to the professionals. Most couples don’t want to hand off tasks and to do lists to their friends or family as they want them to enjoy the day as well. In addition, most couples realize that working with experienced professionals could mean the difference of everything going off without a hitch or having a total disaster and not knowing what to do.

Linens/Decor/Rentals – In addition to the above planning and coordination services, we also offer a variety of rentals and décor including specialty linens, head table décor, centerpieces, ceiling décor, ceremony décor, candy & dessert buffets, chair covers, backdrops, canopies, lighting and much more.

Invitations & Stationery – We have in house designers on hand that work directly with our couples to create customized wedding invitations and stationery. Our exclusive line of wedding invitations and stationery is only available to Madeline’s Weddings & Events couples.

Contact us as soon as you’re engaged! We can help you decide what services you need for your wedding day and we can point you in the right direction for your venue and vendors. We typically book 12-18 months in advance and we only accept a certain amount of events per week to ensure we are providing the top notch service we are known for. We have limited availability May-October 2016 and are currently booking 2017 & 2018 weddings and events.
